The time has come to start thinking about the Nipika Toby Creek Loppet!
The last weekend of January (29-30th), the club will be participating in the annual Loppet at the Nipika Resort near Radium, BC. This has been a stand-out event in the past years for any family that has attended, and hopefully this year will continue the tradition.

Please also considering volunteering to help our for the race, and make Jan’s day!
There will be a RMJRSC stand in the main meadow where club members can congregate or leave their belongings.
Please refer to Jan’s email sent out on January 7 for more details. If you didn’t receive the email, or have specific questions, please contact us.
Thanks everyone for a successful first day on snow!
There was excellent food for the pot-luck, the weather cooperated, and it seemed that all of the kids had fun and were tired at the end. What more could we ask for?!
We look forward to seeing everyone next week. Please contact us if you need the schedule sent to you again in order to ensure you have the correct location for the day.
That time of year is quickly approaching. Our first day on snow will be Sunday, January 3, at the Canmore Nordic Centre.
As usual, skiing that day will begin at 1:00. However, to celebrate the start of our ski season we will be having a potluck lunch in the day lodge starting at 11:30. Please bring a dish of your choice to share.
During the potluck we will be introducing all of the kids to their coaches for the season, and going through some details on how the Sunday program will work.
We look forward to seeing everyone early in the New Year!
